Amazing views, delicious food, pretty good service. I took my team here for a holiday celebration dinner and we really enjoyed ourselves. This restaurant is a beautiful showcase of the metro Phoenix area, with great views all around. Overall, we were pleased with our meals and the entire experience. I do have one suggestion to improve for future guests: don't start clearing plates if someone at the table is still eating. I find this incredibly rude as 4 out of 5 people had their plates cleared while one person was still working on their entree. The appropriate thing to do is wait for all guests to finish before removing plates so the person eating doesn't feel rushed. Aside from that, it was a great dinner. We loved our steaks, the appetizers (chicken and donuts was the most popular), and desserts.

Consistently one of the best meals with the best views in the East Valley. We came here for a birthday dinner and both got steaks, both cooked to buttery perfection. We got truffle fries and Parmesan risotto as sides and they held their weight, being equally delicious. I had a lemon drop martini and my partner had an old fashioned with our meals. Once again, both made exactly as we like them. The ambiance is incredible. To start is the twinkling view of the entire East valley, viewable from almost every table in the building. The building itself is a stunning feature with unique architecture built right into the mountain. Plus, the staff was attentive and prompt, making sure we had what we needed without hovering or being "too much". They even brought us a complimentary desert as a birthday celebration. We have come for many special nights out and will continue to come for more!

The food at the Top of the Rock was nothing short of amazing. We made our reservation for 4:45 to ensure we were able to see the sunset. The service was top of the line and they made us feel welcomed for our anniversary. We chose an outside table which literally put us on top of a rock where we were able to overlook Phoenix. This location makes for great views to go alongside great food and service.

Literally one of the best experiences I've had dining out ever. They didn't hit a home run they created a whole new game. The attention to detail the staff gave us was incredible! The food was beyond amazing- steak cooked to perfection. My only complaint is I was full and couldn't finish it all lol The ambiance also 10/10 we came late but still the vibe and location was so good!

Had reservations here for Wednesday evening at 6:15 for 3 people. Wish we had made the reservation for 6pm instead. I was there around 6pm. My friends didn't get there til 6:15. I wish they had just seated me first cuz by the time they seated us, the pretty sunset was gone. It was all of our first time here. We chose patio since the weather has been much nicer and we were hoping to catch the sunset. There were more people on the patio than inside. Our server was great! He was nice, knew the menu well, and had great recommendations. I forgot his name though. I think it might have been Lucas?? Our orders: Rose Lychee Martini x2 $17 Strawberry Lemonade $4 Mussels $23 Tombo Tuna Cigar. $24 Calabrian shrimp $23 Miso Glazed Sea Bass x2 $57each Truffle Fries $12 Charred Brussel Sprouts $12.50 They have these nice light up menus that are kinda cool. Great for using when out on the patio at night. The bread & butter was really good. I regret not packing the rest. Drinks were good. Appetizers were also good. The Tuna Cigars came in a box filled with smoke so that was cool. Wish there was more than 3 though. We enjoyed our sea bass entrees! My other friend wasn't too hungry so he ordered the shrimp as his entree and ate the other appetizers. The brussel sprouts were good but coulda been a lil less charred. I don't eat truffle fries so that was all them. At the end, they brought out a cake for a friend's bday. I think it was a Neapolitan cake. Pretty good! I ate most of it lol. Overall, I would come back again!

First time here tonight and food was amazing. Our server, Chris, was attentive and on top of everything. The views of the city lights from this restaurant are impeccable. Easily best sea scallops I've had anywhere. We had the best experience tonight and will definitely be back

We stopped in for cocktail and appetizers and Lisa was our server. She is great and the drink and food were all well. Really wish we had more room for a full meal because she was so awesome and what we had was good. We loved the view and will be back.

This spot is definitely at the top of my list for celebrations! My husband and I spent our first wedding anniversary here, and it was truly memorable. Chris was attentive and gave great recommendations on wine and dishes. We had a window seat and an amazing view of the sunset and a lightning storm that swept through. We could also see planes taking off and landing. Overall, such a special treat. I absolutely loved my dinner of shrimp and scallops. The risotto was creamy and delicious. My husband ordered the steak and it was the right temperature and well seasoned!

We've been there a few times now, and we just can't get enough of it! First off, let's talk about that view. The sunset at Top of the Rock is absolutely breathtaking. It's the perfect backdrop for a delicious meal. Speaking of which, their food is top-notch. We've tried a variety of dishes, but our favorites have to be the steak, duck, scallops, and sea bass. My hubby and son always opt for the Cowboy Steak 22oz to share, and they absolutely love it. And we can't forget about the Thai Shrimps and cream brûlée - they are truly to die for. Not only is the food amazing, but the atmosphere is also fantastic. The spacious high ceiling gives the restaurant a really open and airy feel that we love. Overall, Top of the Rock has become a family favorite for us, and we can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for a great meal with a view, this is the place to be.
